Nanjing Heraeus Precious Metal Project
Various kinds of AGRU products are used in Heraeus plant in Nanjing for the conveying of the chemical fluids and the extraction of precious metal. Materials with special properties such as PPs-el are used in some special areas such as explosion proof area. All the pipelines are connected by means of socket welding, butt welding and hog gas welding.

Samsung Suzhou Industry Park WWT Project
All piping is PP/PE double containment piping, and installed underground. Agru supplied all PP pipes, fittings and valves, dimension from od110 – 355 in SDR11. Total length is more than 6,000 meters.

Wuchang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. RSV Ship
AGRU PP-R piping system was used for the black & grey water system on the RSV ship from Qingdao Wuchang shipyard. In addition to the standard pipes and fittings, we also fabricate the Y-tees according to the customer’s requirement. The pipeline was installed by means of butt-welding, socket welding and electro-fusion welding.

PP Spraying Piping System in FGD Tower for Thermal Power Plant
SP chemical (Taixing) Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore SP Chemical Pte Ltd. The current production capacities for caustic soda, vinyl chloride monomer, styrene monomer, nitrobenzene and aniline are 750,000 tones, 500,000 tones, 320,000 tones, 185,000 tones and 130,000 tones. And they have their own thermal power plant.

AGRU supplied all PP & PVDF pipes & fittings for this project. For > 355mm ventilation pipes are machined from our PPH sheets. The pictures are 2 years after installation and no problems.
